If you ask an advertiser why they run print ads, you’ll get a variety of answers. Some do it to announce their latest or greatest product innovation. Some do it to ensure a well-rounded marketing strategy. And some even do it to celebrate a company milestone or achievement in a way that's unique, substantial and long-lasting. However, all answers eventually lead to one end point: Advertisers run ads to help sell their product or service.

• Believable?
• Informative?

If you can answer "yes" to all three questions, then you should have pretty good confidence that your ad message will resonate with your target audience and lead to more sales. To help elevate your ad creation game and keep your ad message on target, I've rounded up 8 tips to consider before designing your next print ad.
