2020 was certainly a year of firsts; most notably the COVID-19 global pandemic that not only changed the way we as individuals move through the world, but also the way companies big and small do business. If 2020 had you thinking on your feet of ways to keep your company relevant and profitable amidst massive and unexpected change, you can expect 2021 to continue that trend.
