The Reduction Mindset

In a recent Marketing Minute, Patrick detailed how "focus" has become our guiding star for 2026. The goal? To reduce noise, sharpen priorities, and ensure our energy is directed where it delivers the greatest impact.

The first week of March marked Lessiter Media's first CORE Week, bringing together our remote and in-person staff for a week of sheer focus. 

One activity a lot of us focused on and continue to discuss was a takeaway some of our team gained from attending a recent Leadership Summit. There was a session devoted to something called a "stop list". This list is designed to audit existing processes and tasks to determine whether they can shift to a weekly or monthly cadence and to identify work that may no longer be worth doing. Less is more, right?
