Marketing Brand Manager

Summary

Lessiter Media, a small family-owned niche media company, is seeking a highly motivated, digital savvy, promotionally driven Marketing Brand Manager to lead our brand and content marketing goals. You will develop and be responsible for executing marketing and acquisition campaigns for a group of award winning niche publications, websites, and events.

We’re small, but we deliver big results. Our publications, websites, podcasts, webinars and in-person and virtual events are #1 in their respective markets. We are looking for that person with the right blend of strategic vision who can also execute with tactical brilliance. Someone who will take full marketing ownership of the brand and its products.

What We Expect You To Do

  • Take full marketing ownership of assigned divisions including digital, event and print acquisitions
  • Attract, maintain and increase digital, event and print audiences
    Grow consumer signups via acquisition marketing
  • Build online acquisition strategies including forecasts and P&L reporting
  • Manage all aspects of campaign optimization including monitoring, tracking, testing, and reporting on campaign metrics

About You

  • You have 3-5+ years of related experience
  • You understand both digital and direct marketing
  • You can think big picture but also can execute at a micro level.
  • You are passionate about testing, data and metrics
  • You are a team player, that can both teach and learn
  • You are incredibly organized and have great project management skills
  • You can write killer sales and lead generation copy
  • You can juggle multiple campaigns at the same time
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are results-oriented and have an attention to detail
